Trains 2012 – Cameron Rec Centre – Nov 10th-11th 2012

Trains is held in Greater Vancouver (BC) and is British Columbia’s premier model railroading exhibition.  And for the past many years, the Vancouver Lego Club has participated and had a train display in the show.

This year, we’re going for a bit of an interesting twist which if any of you who came out to the Chilliwack Hobby Show earlier this month will know what that is.   Needless to say it was very popular.

This is a VLC News flash!
Brock Brickler hear with news of some strange sightings in the Fraser Valley. Here we have the first images of what can only be described as a ULO (Unidentified landed object).
If you spot anything like this we urge you to use extreme caution and report these sightings here on the VLC forum.

This has been a VLC broadcast you may return to your previous VLC blog activity.

This annual show, in its 30th year, serves as an exhibition of the great hobby of model railroading, bringing together those with experience and those who are just becoming interested. We welcome all – whether you have a model railroad empire of your own, a train set or are just hoping to see some cool models.

One of those models which debuted in Seattle at BrickCon 2011 but has never publicly been seen in Vancouver till now is Paul Hetherington’s awesomely fabulous Fabuland display.  It must be seen in person and in motion to fully appreciate this creation.

Click on the picture below to see more photos of Fabuland.

And here if you really want to see the whole thing in motion.
