Great meeting

Wow, that was a great meeting. There was a little bit of everything. Thanks Daveed for having us over and for the lesson in brickquest. Thanks to Dean and Daveed for bringing the lighting and photo equipment.

Yes ,great meeting people.Nice draft ,too bad Marc wants to part with part of his collection,but at least his lego is going to good homes.
Nice to get some of the finances tidied up ,I hate having money owed out and not payed up.Nice to see some pics of peoples mocs as well!

Yes indeed. It was fun hosting and I'm happy to do it again. I had meant to show people my place too, but there were too many exciting things happening downstairs to go anywhere else.

I had a good time too and would be happy to host the next meeting.

Of course, this is all part of my grand scheme to not have to travel more than five minutes to attend one of these - but I'll bake cookies!

I'm curious about something though. At the first meeting I attended, Who brought a giant tub 'o LEGO to sell. Does this sort of LEGO-selling thing happen often? I for one would be happy to buy up some batches of LEGO bits if other club members are looking to get rid of some.

Anyway, I'll see folks at the next meeting.

It's hit and miss, I sometimes have stuff to sell off but won't have anything on Friday unfortunatley.
