NEW 2009 lego sets some availble now !

The lego shop at home website now has the pirates theme and added some several new items like city. Some of these new sets have been spoted at Toysrus.

The prices seems good. They have dropped once more ! I bet all the $12.99 sets will now be $11.99 for all the upcoming new lego sets in 2009 ! $26.99 to $24.99, $69.99 to $64.99

Pricing from Canada is about 1.2 X times more expensive then USA now rather than 1.33 times.
Way to go ! But usa prices have raised due to inflation.

it may be that many had looked, but rather than post, they preferred to supress the memories of the (mega block style) horror that they saw.

The new parrot is red & green and that is the colour of the plastic. They are not painted like the old ones.

The blue boat still bugs me.

The mini figs with print on the back and front is a nice touch.

Guess we are still being rip-off from lego. They didn't even bother dropping this price...

Why do Canadians always get pricing that's not fair.
For example: The $4.99 sets have not went down. It should actually be $4.49. Real sad.... To be honest, the prices they dropped are still only OK to the rate of currency. Some sets have not even drop...
