uhhhh.... what draft?
oh ya theres also 25% off exo force. I think they are trying to clear the "unpopular/discontiuned" lego sets.

But you better grab the star wars maquette and spongebob if you are fans of those ! They are awesome deals !

I was at Broadway and they had 1 sponge bob which I did not get cause even at 65% its still $25 and not worth it. they did have about 8 of the F1 trucks for $15 +tax . I can go back to get them at 8 if anyone wants.

well, $17 for the F1 set still isn't that good a deal cause its only 220 pieces.

I was not doubting the price. I was just stating that if the set (for the draft ) was a good price and enough people got in on it , that I would be interested in going in on it.

For the folks that don't go to meetings and don't know what a draft is, A VLC member will buy several of one set then at a meeting we will all pay an equal amount towards the purchase. We then divide the set into piles of same parts. After this (sometimes lengthy) process we roll to see who picks first. It is a great way of get a large amount of one part. :)

lol... the luke skywalker maquette is 4 pieces.... And i don't get why you want a specific piece. i thought you were gonna buy a lot and then sell them to VLC members. Not take it all apart and choose whatever pieces you want. If you want to buy pieces, just go to lego.com for replacement parts. lol

I hope Daveed and Brain were jokeing about the Drafting of the Luke. I`ve seen people get really creative with parts but that would be a real challenge to use the parts from this set.

I was joking, I'm not sure about Platypus though... He might stick Luke in the oven and hope something cool comes back out!
