Walmart Discontinues Lego

oh that is because lego will not change the canadian price to reflect the u.s. exchange, wallmart has pulled lego out of most if not all of their stores, goggling will provide details that i know off hand.
in the long run., it may be better for lego to not be at wallymart, playmobile has never been there and their sales have continued to increase in the last 10 years, where as lego has suffered sale losses in that same time.
who.

but on the other hand i got to give thumbs up to wall mart for asking lego to lower prices . . I was at brickcon talking to steve witt saying how hosed we where getting on the exchange , and he commented "We will lower prices when everone else does " And everone else has . I hear add on hte radio all the time for car dealers and everything lowering there prices . But lego refused to stop gouging canadians . so i say good on walmart for that . I say thumbs down for everything else walmart does though ...
Makes you wonder what did they do with all the lego they Did have ?!?!?!

Don't forget - LEGO is not an American business so their business is not based on the US$. In fact, the price of their products in the US may be too low (but raising those prices would stir up a hornet's nest).
But look what article I came across today:
LEGO blocks return to Wal-Mart shelves
