Just to clarify,the set does look complete,looks like whoever was building it found it too complex and put it back in the box,Half the set is new ,controllers and battery box still in the bags new ,a couple of the cylinders are new in the bag.The other bags are opened but the parts are new,sticker sheet is not been used.
