Black brick

I have stumbled upon a craigslist sale on a ton of black 1x4 and 2x8 brick. It is this ad here:

I inquired what lego he had and i guess he made a fullsize black lego desk once upon a time. He doesn't say how much he has or wants, however if someone is interested, here is a good lead for good condition black brick.
