I was at the Langley Winners today (near Willowbrook). They had 8 sets of the Fireboat 7906 for $25.00 (current LEGO retail $47.99).
Still not the cheapest given the 187 piece count, but i suppose the large size and motor bump up the price a bit. After building, seems like a good set to mod. Anyway, I haven't seen many City sets at Winners, so I thought it was worth a mention.
