They're discussing the next wave of lego dimensions that will be released later this year. Among the new characters to come will be Harry Potter characters.
Among these characters will be new ones from the new movie out later this year.
Could we also see all new sets based off of "fantasic beasts and where to find them"?

I'm sure there will be new sets and it would be awesome! Why would Lego bother with the IP/new figures, if not for new sets to go along side. I feel like we'll get the same deal as LOTR where we get sets from this movie (series possibly?) and sets from Harry Potter.

Well we have a dead end with Wizard of Oz that has only seen one Dimensions Pack so far.

It will be interesting if they revisit the Harry Potter movies themselves, as they've already released so many sets in that theme. If they planned on filling gaps, that would be awesome. Even some updated things would be awesome. More Harry Potter sets would probably just be awesome.

The answer (before) was that they licensing agreement had expired, but now that that may no longer be the case...
