Anyone make custom mini figures?

Is there anyone local that makes custom mini figures?
My sons are looking for some Marvel and DC super heroes and eBay will bankrupt me.
I have lots to trade or will buy for a reasonable price.

red hulk
penguin
bat girl
flash
green lantern
black widow
sandman

I don't believe there is anyone in the club that has the printer that can make them with the "LEGO" quality you may be looking for. David (Platypus) does some custom painting.
