LEGO Minecraft

So there have been some developments with the LEGO Minecraft project that I wanted to share. Mojang (the creators of Minecraft) have created their own project on LEGO CUUSOO with the idea to produce Minecraft themed sets. The intention is to help drive this project to the 10,000 vote mark, but also to act as a central project for this idea, and bring together the best ideas from the LEGO community to make this the best product for the fans. I have been asked to help in the collaboration, and also agreed to allow the use of my images for the project (2 of the 4 images are mine). The 1% royalty will be going to charity and I think it is a great idea. I'm happy to be a part of this.

It is so close to the 10,000 vote mark right now and probably will hit that threshold within the next few hours.

That's awesome. So has the other dude's quest to do Minecraft been ended?

It hit 10,000 votes last night. On to the prelim design and review stage!
