i doubt it is real. the hat and hair do not look like LEGO. Plus if it were a licesned minifig it would likley be flesh colored and not yellow. And Camels have nothing to do with the Carribbean.

It is a Flesh toned minifig though... and this is an official lego display apparently.

It's for real. It's from the LEGO display at San Diego Comic Con. It's a tease for a PotC line that will no doubt launch when the 4th movie is imminent.
