i doubt it is real. the hat and hair do not look like LEGO. Plus if it were a licesned minifig it would likley be flesh colored and not yellow. And Camels have nothing to do with the Carribbean.

It is a Flesh toned minifig though... and this is an official lego display apparently.

Like Tim said this is a Lego Group display. If you look at the early photos of the camels they looked the same as the hat.

It's for real. It's from the LEGO display at San Diego Comic Con. It's a tease for a PotC line that will no doubt launch when the 4th movie is imminent.
