I assume this is a reply to the Calgary Lego Store :P, to be honest the deal is better in the States, but if you don't have a passport Calgary might be your only option. should be open by the end of the summer.

I think kids (under 18) can still cross the border with a parent who has a passport, and there birth certificate, proving that they are that parent's child, and some kind of photo ID.

all kids including infants now require a passport.

Kids under 15 do not require a passport (Land and Water) according to the CBSA website.
