I was thinking a small house like this one might be good in/near the mountain/forest, but with a white roof.

Maybe in the next day or two i'll tackle my white lego bin and see what i have.

Some of those are really well done its just the amound of bricks needed . This one looks kinda not like snow to me though

Must be because there is white supports and stuff that are hard to determine the edge of the building and where the snow begins

I was thinking of cutting some white paper to fit the green baseplate area around some on my houses then putting cotton batten over it to see how it would look . . the paper to completely hide the green baseplate

My wife had a good point about the cotton batten (sp?) and it was how overdone it has been for snow effect. She was browsing brickshelf under "winter" search and found a layout done in cotton and it wasn't that impressive at all.

Thats our $0.02

I have this stuff called Buffalo Snow Flurries. My Wife picked it up for my Christmas lawout and I didn't use it. I will bring it to the next meeting. Has the potential for being messy but would look good in combo with bricks. :)
