Buildings like this are a nice quick add for those show layouts, though i am sure this is another $200 set... It's those $200 sets that don't help the budget that much. All we need is US parity pricing :)

While in Billund a couple of weeks ago, I spent some time with Jamie Berard (the designer of this set, and the Cafe Corner), chatting about this set, and seeing the extremely cool things coming out this year (and in 2009). We played with this set for a bit.

In a word, it's awesome! Definitely my favourite of the 3, so far. Look at all that sand green! My fave. Jamie loves sand green as well, and said that he made sure that there was a nice selection of different sand green pieces in the set (1x3, 1x4, 1x6, 1x8, etc) for those that like the colour.

There's that awesome interior on each floor. There's also the back, which these pictures don't show, with a balcony/fire escapes on each floor, and an entrance to "the alley". There are also a couple of "hidden" features that I'll let you guys discover for yourselves. Really cute.

I can't wait to get my hands on one ... and that may happen this weekend (more on that next week!)

I really do hope they sort that out soon. I am tired of driving South, lying at the border to avoid duty, and paying the taxes to bush in the first place. that man really doesn't need more money to burn.
