Flitz for repairing scratched Lego windows

I was looking some ways to repair scratches in some of my curved windows and came across this thread on Lugnet

Has anyone been able to find his product in Vancouver? I've looked around at Home Hardware, Canadian Tire, Rona etc. and have had no luck. I haven't been to check out Home Depot yet though.
