Lego announces new Mindstorm system

Greetings from Northern BC.

Lego has announced a new mindstom system.

This new system looks to be quite an improvement over the older RCX bricks.

Bluetooth! :wow: :wow:

But still only 3 motor ports! Amazing...

Let's hope they can be networked via bluetooth. 10 meter range! Yes!

A bit pricey at $380 CDN.

I wonder if you could plug in more motors if u didn't use all the other sensors

I thought the picture showed 6 outlets or are those not all for motors?It does show some promise dosen't it!

The main drawback is that it won't have an AC port! I guess at the price they were aiming to sell it at, the AC port wasn't cost-effective...

Edit: Actually, I don't know if it does or does not have an AC port.

So TFM, did you sign up for the Developer program?
