Wow very cool technique. I just gave it a try with 2x4 brick, 2x4 plate, and four wedges. Works perfect! A great snug fit!!

Pretty glad I got several handfuls of the orange-trans wedges from the PAB! :D

One of my friends sent that picture to me a while ago. It is a pain to remove the cheese slope from the 2x4 if it gets stuck in there. LOL rotflol

With a 1x2 cheese wedge you should be able to put two bricks together.
