Well Dreamhost seems to be having some issues. The VLC website was down for a couple of hours as the entire Dreamhost network was down. If you wish to know more about he outage or want to read hundreds of comments from annoyed customers, you can check out http://www.dreamhoststatus.com . It is back up now and hopefully we won't see any more issues. But if we do, you can check that site for more information.
