NICEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Troll Mountain Fortress was the ONE set I bought, getting me into Lego as an AFOL 2 years ago.

I love the design, simply amazing. I especially love the stairs in the back, and the rock cave, and the playablity of it all!

Yeah, I thought you would approve. A lot of sets beg to be bought as multiples and made into something bigger and better or just more complete. This was not a set that I thought this would apply to, but the way this MOC is done it's so cavernous inside that it does appear to be a mountain. I have trouble believing that it's just two of the same sets, based on the original structure offered by Lego, but

But then again, I look to the twin PoP: Battle of Alamut.

And because i opened this thread, and I'm choosing to derail it by showing Radstar his beloved Dragon faction. It's set 7946 King's Castle redone in that style.

Also since we have so many blue baseplates, should we consider doing what the guy in the video did and have blue baseplate skies? I thought it looked pretty cool, as opposed to painting the wall blue for the Surrey Museum 2012 display.

I do like blue skies with the white clouds :) Its fun to be able to also build even more stuff- if we had enough blue plates yeah. I havent really thought about doing that for my own WIP project though, I did consider it a few times.. but dont have the bricks/plates i'd need.

The Farm/Mill stop motion video is beautifully done! Loved the battle scene at the end, Go Dragon Knights! Woot!

The Dragon Knight Castle Redux is pretty cool, but towers on the side do look woefilly low.. the improved Lions castle pic at the bottom is much nicer. And I'd like to see THAT in Dragon Knights colors :) heh

For my own Dragon Knights- the castle color scheme isnt black/brown anyhow.

Cheers!

Also really enjoyed how the stop motion incorporated so much recent castle sets (also some PoTC)
