Pick-a-Brick Walls at the stores
Here is something I found on Flickr. If you had any doubts. http://www.flickr.com/photos/notenoughb ... 909690005/ and http://www.flickr.com/photos/notenoughb ... 910291024/

Belluevue anyone?
Re: Pick-a-Brick Walls at the stores
You can even stack those bricks tighter, and get more in.
Lego trains are just the best!
Re: Pick-a-Brick Walls at the stores
I don't think my wife would have enough to see in Bellevue Square to occupy her for an hour while I fill up my cup. Even tag teaming with my son, him with the smaller fingers placing the parts in the cup and me grabbing the 1x2's, could do it fast enough before she comes back saying "The stuff here is too expensive, let's go to the outlet."
None the less, I'll give it a try on my next visit. It's a shame the Bellevue location isn't updated on BrickBuildr very often.

You could drop her at the nearest outlet and say you will be back in 3 hours. Or better yet, get dropped off and tell her she has lots of time to check out lots of outlets.

That's what LEGO Stores need for NLSOs. A baby sitting service.
Re: Pick-a-Brick Walls at the stores
This would cost more than the savings produced in precisely stacking a PAB Lego cup.Platypus wrote:You could drop her at the nearest outlet and say you will be back in 3 hours. Or better yet, get dropped off and tell her she has lots of time to check out lots of outlets.

Re: Pick-a-Brick Walls at the stores
I wish I found this thread before I went to Bellevue this weekend. I thought I did a pretty good job packing my cups but not nearly as full as those flickr posts.

We have all done it once.
