I made this a few weeks ago, but I thought I'd mention it (although it's already on Brickshelf, MOCPages, and Lugnet.)

This shows the SNOT-work:

(this is actually my first use of SNOT, so I was rather proud of it) The difficulty that I had was in attaching the SW binoculars for the bridge. I knew that the town binos wouldn't look right, but TLG didn't think to put a stud-hole on the bottom of the SW ones. As you can see, I ended up sticking a lever throught the centre of them, and then sticking the lever into the base. It works pretty well, and the lever base underneath looks better than I thought it would.
