Looking Good! I like the corner entrance and the tile work! Also nice column look with the tiles on SNOT. Looking really good! Also good use of the new pyramids!

Looking good Allan.

Question.
What are the rules for modular sizing? Should it only be 32 x 32. Or can a 64 x 64 corner building be allowed?
can we do increments of 16 for baseplates?

I love it! Looks like its going to be huge! How many floors? Will their be condos above the retail floor, maybe with some Friendly tenants?

That sidewalk tile work is awesome!

It is going to be two stories but I have not figured out what the second floor will contain. I am really enjoying this build but I am running out or have run out of the pieces I need to get it done. For example I need another 20 pyramids.

Modular rules, are there any? This is 64x32. Typical is 32x32. If you include the placement of the technic holes in the bottom layer of bricks so that they can connect to each other then that may be he only rule. Of coarse having each floor come off is sort of the standard.

I follow my own rules. I build it my way and I like it! :D

Can't take the credit for the front columns or the tile patterns. Both are form The Grand Emporium. If I tie in just enough of what LEGO has done already it almost looks like it could be a set.
