Killzone-- Helghast Base

Post by Jonathan S. »

A friend of mine purchest Killzone 3 for his PS3, and we played for hours! Long story short, now I'm hooked on Killzone. shake wow But not just on playing it! No sir, I went home and spent 3 hours on Killzone Wiki.com leanring about the game and Killzone weaponry. And this Killzone drug has also leaked into my MOC's as well.

I am working on a 42x42, 2 story, Helghast (bad guy's) base. A doll house for my Killzone figs, if you will.
It features most of the rooms from my favourite level of the game, all condeced into one, big game map! :D

I have also spent my time working on perfecting my Killzone minifigs as well as the drop-ship I have built. I am just about to go photograph the figs, dropship and what I have done of the base. pics will be up on my flickr soon. :D

Great job. All that take you a week to put together? wow

If i *HAD* to critique or suggest improvement..
- more darker blue plates for a mix of water blue, i liked what you did..
- maybe some color on the ship to make it pop up more? hazard yellow or lighter gray? i havent played the game tho!!
- i love the trains.. maybe on the top put railings or those 2x1 grill plates?

Cheers!

Thanks Radstar! I have made my own changes to some of the vehicles and such, but I want to keep it fairly close to the game. So adding yellow/orange to the dropship is one step to far to me. But any ideas you guys have for this would be greatly appreciated!
