vintage 4.5v train set 7722 and 2 extra sets of track

Hi vintage train fans.
up for sale is a partial complete 4.5v train set 7722 with complete track and instructions. The engine and battey box are included. They have not been tested. the box has some corrosion visible. Asking $50.
I also have 2 complete circle tracks in nice condition. asking $25 for each.
I will also sell the whole lot for $75.
These are being offered exclusively to the Club members first. I will list them on Ebay July 8th with no reserve if no one wants them.
