Storing lego instruction booklets

Has anyone come up with a good way to store lego instruction booklets. they are all different sizes.

I would like have a binder that i can flip through that has the manual stored in themes,
I have some clear pages that sorta work and fit manuals but they are all over the place.

just wondering if anyone has any better ideas or seen better ideas.

When I was a kid my dad laminated the single page instructions. The ones you use to get from small sets,
We then put then into a binder. But for the multi pages instruction I keeped them in a briefcase like thing.
Know cause I have way to many there are just in a large rubber maid bin.

Probably the best would be like you said, theme binders and 3 hole punch the instructions.

I use a full sized front-loading file cabinet with hanging folders. I have quite a few booklets though. The folders are sorted by theme.

I picked up a plastic bin specifically for files,separated by themes in file folders.then I can stack the bins when I get more.

I bought a plastic bin with drawers but eventually it was not match for the weight of the instruction booklets and it seriously warped till unusable. Now they just go in a big cardboard box. Not much of a system. On the other hand I'm finally getting a handle of my Lego inventory to make it somewhat useable. But slowly realizing that my selections have been too diverse and I need to focus more to make it more useful.

I started a filing system but they all don't fit into one drawer anymore so I got some special stacking filing bins but for now just throwing the newer ones in there.

i throw them into a box . and if I need one, I'm too lazy to look through the box and just look it up online

For a guy that likes to build using instructions I would have thought you would have them all in plastic bags and labeled.

If I need instructions I do the same as Dave. Sorting bricks is more a priority for me.

I'm going to assume this was directed at me. But you're also assuming that I've been actually been building sets.
