Photos of different scaled modular buildings

Post by chump »

Just as the thread title states, please post photos of modulars that have been made that are made huge by using multiples of the same set. I'm just a little bit fascinated (and jealous).

These are two that I just came across.

Cool, thanks Pierre. Do you have a link to any more photos of those 2?

I posted this in another topic a while ago:

Just to be clear these aren't ours. It's just we're crazy impressed like you are.

James I thought I could reverse engineer the Flickr page from the URL, but I can't and I can't seem to find the thread where I originally saw them.

My mistake, I figured the first pic wasn't yours, but thought the second one was JamesH's. Anyway! I guess buying multiples of the same set is the easiest way to get the same parts? Definitely less hassle than ordering them all individually.

Dan Parker from Sealug and he is also a lego certified professional, had built the first few modular buildings larger but to miniland scale not minifig scale so the buildings were actually 4 times larger than the originals.Linos 14 stud cars actually fit to scale really well with them.It was at brickcon in 2007,I cant seem to download the flicker pics but the larger cafe corner is there.

Andrew, I tried to find pictures of that but came across the reverse. Nano scale Cafe Corner?

But I still prefer this scale to the one's LEGO released.
