Community Engagement & Events Blog

Post by J1A3L5 »

Hi Everyone!

I thought you guys might be interested in this newly public blog from the CEE Team LEGO:

http://ceeteamblog.com/

It is primarily posted to by the four members of the Community Support Team:
-Jan Beyer - Community Operations Manager EU/ASIA (Eastern Europe and Asia)
-Jim Foulds - Community Operations Manager AMS/ANZ (Central / South America and Australia / New Zealand)
-Kevin Hinkle - Community Coordinator NA (North America)
-Kim Ellekjær Thomsen - Community Coordinator EU (Western Europe)
Kevin Hinkle wrote:The goal for this blog is not to become the new “hot spot” for LEGO news, but rather to provide something in direct response to feedback received from the community. It’s there for people that have an interest in reading it.
Happy Reading,
-John.

The blog has been moved to here: https://lan.lego.com/blogs/1-newsroom

Regarding the current first article mentioning LUGBulk "We are estimating that we will send out over 20 million LEGO elements to 157 RLUGs!"

That's 127,388.5 pieces per LUG. And not that we're competing but we ordered 140,802 pieces.

Over 6000 AFOLs participating, so roughly 3,333.33 elements per person.
