London Drugs at Market Crossing (S. Burnaby) had the remains of 3-4 boxes stuffed into 2 displays. Lots of low priority figs. No Spartans.

41st and Victoria had nothing. The website doesn't seem to list them with the rest of the available LEGO either.

Broadway and Vine didn't have any collectable figures either.

Kingsway between Joyce and Boundary had about 5 boxes that had been picked through. I didn't spend the time to check whether there were any Spartans but it looked like not. They were in the centre aisle not the toy aisle.

I was at Broadway and Cambie (Vine?) yesterday and they had 4 new boxes, each untouched, except that all the Spartans were gone. I think someone in the stores must be on the take. Unless whoever is going around collecting them all has made a full time job of it.

Who would have known that there are so many closet AFOL's. Either that or they are reselling the Spartans...

Checked out hastings and Nanaimo and there were a few loose packs on the shelf. I asked if they had more and the Customer Service guy said they had another box in the storage room, which he brought out. I though I was getting Spartans, but they had already been taken out! Interesting...

Got more Mexicans for Dave though.

The store in West Van had two full boxes, but no Spartans. They sure seem to be popular.

Brick Forge does, but at $1 for each spear (choose Roman or Greek style), and $1 per helmet (The 2 Roman styles are not very good IMO) , you are still left with no body or legs.

I am going to keep modding stuff to make my own, but I would love to have more than 4 of the LEGO ones too.

They were out here (Abbotsford and Langley) a couple of weeks ago as well - but no Spartans ... someone's definitely been sweeping all the LDs in the lower mainland.
