Re: April Competition - Alternate Set Build

Have I opened them yet? Nope. Well I guess you can you can keep these closed for now as they don't meet the set requirement for at least 150 parts. I think most of us are so behind on our sorting and organizing that we look at our mess of a room and just walk away. :? I hear you on the Sorting and ...

Damn you Tyler. ...its just too easy... Anyone else stepping up for this one?! Hard to believe this is a LEGO CLUB and so few of us actually build stuff just for fun... (Yes, that was a jab to hopefully provoke a response! haha) Rebrickable makes it easy, they even have a link that displays all the...

Re: Cmf Simpsons!!

According to the EuroBricks reviewer there will be 3 complete sets in each case. Cool, assuming this is true, then we could easily split one case between 3 peeps and each get a complete set of characters. I am not a big fig collector myself, but I would be interested in getting 1 of each character,...

Re: March Think Tanks Contest

In the year 2199, the last great battle came to an abrupt end; hastily abandoned by both sides. It became imminently clear that any further escalations would result in total destruction of the planet. The leaders met, and with no other options, a cease fire was reluctantly implemented. This uneasy t...

Article about a recently new AFOL and his experience: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/02/2 ... 54422.html

Although I don't build in public, I definitely can relate to some of this... as I too am a fairly recent AFOL, about 16 months new now...
