Anyone want the vehicle but not the figs?

There will be another article at some point this week reporting on how it actually went.

Batman Movie CMF Catman

Does anyone have any Catman figs they'd be willing to trade? I'm looking for a bunch. Hoping to get them by the AGM.

My kragle suggestion was in response to the suggestion of using this tape in a MOC.

Re: Lego Compatible Products

I've already had 5 posts on Facebook of friends referencing me to this. Sometimes I wish my friends didn't know I was an AFOL. I've hidden it from my timeline/untagged myself a few times already too. Added in 40 seconds: it might blow us away if someone figured out a way to use it in a MOC What's w...

Re: Some garbage I built got blogged by the Brothers Brick

Keith and Jeff were also nice enough to do little write ups about this garbage on their respective blogs as well (Sea to Sky Bricks and BrickBrains, respectively). Jeff's article highlighted what has actually been a rather good LEGO year for me.
Thanks guys!

Some garbage I built got blogged by the Brothers Brick

The other day I was working on details for a MOC to take to Bricks Cascade, and posted a picture of one of those details. It got a lot of views over the last few days and today the Brothers Brick blogged about it . It's weird what people think looks good. Feel free to post your garbage/trash puns ab...

Coquitlam TRU has them as well. There were about 100 on a rack in the LEGO section and a full case at customer service.

Re: Brickfilm took 4-months full-time to shoot

Pretty well done. My only feedback has to do with the minifig heads/faces. There are some heads that have different facial expressions, and swapping them out in different frames could make it look like the figs are emoting/talking etc. Just food for thought.

Blogged?: Mount Rushmore featured in eBook

A few months back I was asked if my Mount Rushmore MOC could included in an eBook "Amazing Brick Faces" by JD Keller. At the time he had a website called "The Brick Idea" which now seems to be rebranded as master-builders.com . Anyways, the eBook has finally been released, and though I was surprised...

I think it's fully filmed here. I've only watched 2 episodes of it now, and like every scene I've seen is in Vancouver.

Re: Flash TV show

We didn't supply the figs, so no blame on us for what looks like a MegaBloks fig in there.

Added in 6 minutes 57 seconds:
Upon closer inspection, I think they just painted a nexo knight fig (and didn't use a mega blok fig).

Re: 2017 Sets Discussion

Hey any of the stuff I've posted here is just what others were able to speculate on based on leaked images they saw. And it was translated from other languages, so it can't be totally right.

I do wish the cats were lions though. Maybe next year.

Re: How much of a LEGO purist are you?

Who used MegaBloks as filler? As far as I know the dimensions of their bricks and plates are very slightly less than LEGO, so when you start stacking stuff it won't match up after awhile.

Re: 2017 Sets Discussion

Added in 9 minutes 58 seconds: Apparently at least one city set later this year (bus station) will include the wheelchair from Fun in the Park. I have a hunch there is something lost in translation with this set and it'll be more of a bus stop with a bus than an actual bus station. While I admit it...

While we're talking about 2017 sets, do you guys know about the Fun at the Beach set? Basically like 2016's Fun in the Park, but at a beach. Rumoured to be included are: beach volleyball, trees holding up a hammock, a sailboard, canoe, and lifeguards chair. There were rumours about a dolphin being i...
