I think the legostore might still have pick a brick boxes that you can fill yourself for under $100. You'd have to ask for it. They don't display or advertise it. You can just build the 2x4 bricks to fit the dimensions of the box to maximize value.

This was an awesome display outside the San Diego Comic Con. I didn't see it until Sunday evening when the convention was over.

Wow. I mean this is awesome. Except for, you know, the fact that it is really ugly. The minifigs are really great though! And I can't hate all the olive green parts. The Lego booth was pretty crazy each day, but sooo worth it.
