Was at the PNE last Saturday and they were located in front of the colosseum at gate 4. Lots of kids playing with Lego.

Oakridge Lego Store: Monster Fighters 20% off

Was in the Lego Store in Oakridge today and noticed several Monster Fighters sets marked down 20%. They were all smaller sized boxed sets.

As a side note, they have dark red 1x2 bricks on the PAB wall too.

I've been hearing bits and pieces about the redevelopement of Oakridge for awhile now. Hard to believe it use to be an outdoor mall. My mom would take me there when I was a kid. I wonder if they'll keep the fountains like before.

Third Party Shipping Vendors and Lego S@H

Have any of you had a negative experiences while ordering from US Lego S&H with parcels being shipped to Parcel 2 Parcel (Point Roberts), Hagens of Blaine, or any other third party shipping vendor? Over at the Redflagdeals forum there is mention of this and I've shared the same problem with a recent...

Re: 10228 Haunted House - Monster Fighters

Love the new set and how it opens sideways with hinges. Makes it nicer for playability with multiple floors instead of the top down method like in the modular buildings. Buildings have to be narrower of course but you can use all the levels at once instead of lifting and stacking them back on. A $20...

I got there with my 2 kids around 9:30 AM and the line up was all the way out to the Scotia Bank as mentioned. By the time we got up to Purdy's where the lineup snaked up and down there were only 20 or so promo sets left and probably 80+ people still waiting to get in the door. The guy behind me wen...

Van's PaB wall is smaller than NYC, Bellevue and Portland. The store footprint is also ambler than the other three I have been to. but size doesn't really matter, right? After all, you can get a giant box of Mega blocks for $50... What bugs me is paying $20/cup instead of $15. That hurts cause PaB ...

If your TRU doesn't have stock, grab the flyer and head off to another store that will price match like Zellers (spend $50+ get a $10 gift card), Superstore, Walmart or Sears as all of the sale prices are listed in the flyer.

I saw the red train at the Broadway location on Saturday when I took the kids to the in-store Easter bunny and Duplo chickadee build. Certainly was some nice white pieces from the bunny (curved slopes, 1x2 brick with studs on 2 sides, and tiles).

The tan baseplate is probably worth $4 so the remaining pieces average ~5 cents each (217 piece set). There was lots of stock. #3853 Banana Balance ...
