Re: Stephanie's T-70 model f

This is just amazing! The build, the setting, the photos (and editing), it's all top-notch. I am always impressed with your builds Tyler, and I for one, love seeing use you the friends theme.

The pug peaking out of his little spot makes me smile every time I see it :)

Re: Micro Jungle

There are a few factors that contribute to me wanting to take photos relatively quickly: I have a toddler in the house! There are very few 'safe' places... I have a very small collection, so I like to document my creations before I tear them down and work on something else. I do wonder why I feel th...

Re: Micro Jungle

Thanks guys, I can't wait to get your help at the next meeting. I agree about not letting it spoil the joy of building! That is very important. I get so into building that I don't worry about the final product, or how it will photograph, or how late I am staying up past my 'bedtime' hahaha. I hope t...

Re: Micro Jungle

Lol, I was going to say, you guys lost me at RAW ;) I have never had any training in photography or anything (and find the instruction manual to be a little overwhelming) so I appreciate the feedback. It would be nice to be able to use my camera more effectively, and for my pictures to adequately co...

Re: Micro Jungle

Noice! ...potential Fall-Out shelter Jungle / Zoo room?! Unfortunately, the colors are wrong. To get better results, set up your camera to either Autodetect the lighting, or set it to match the lighting where you took the photo. If your camera allows you to set it manually, then when images turn ou...

Micro Jungle

Hi All, I just finished a quick little micro MOC that I wanted to share. I found these monkeys (and some other new stuff) in the Guildford minifig bins. Naturally, I had to make the little guy a home :) https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1705/23918005963_5c053bc40f_s.jpg https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1...

Cozy Winter Cabin

Hi All, Finally finished the MOC I was working on since November. I literally ran out of pieces so I had to stop. I think it may be time for me to tear down some of my other creations, or stumble upon a huge amount of bricks somehow ;) I was really restricted by the small number of pieces I had, but...

Heartlake Hot Air Balloon for $29.99 @ London Drugs

Stopped by my local London Drugs today and was surprised to see the Heartlake Hot air balloon set for only $29.99 (regularly 39.99). I had to pick one up at that price of course. The City Excavator and Truck set is also on sale for $49.99 (regularly 59.99)

Re: Creative Tower on Walmart.ca

How did you get one for 30? There selling for 40. The 22.50 is the cost per person to draft 5 sets. At 10 people Are you directing this at me?.. I found this at a used toy store in new condition a month ago (as I stated above). I assume a parent/grandparent grabbed it during last year's Black Frida...

Re: New to the forum?

Welcome Nicole, please do post your Flickr account with your LEGO MOCs. Just copy and paste the URL into a post. A word of advice. Don't try to be a completionist with the Modulars, that's a recipe for spending a lot of money. Do look at the instruction manuals online for modulars you don't have an...

Re: New to the forum?

Hi everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Nicole and I have recently emerged from my dark ages while playing with my young son's Duplo. In the past 2 months I have purchased numerous Lego sets and have been creating MOC's every spare chance (which is not a lot of time when you have a ...
